If we find that you cancel or fail to pay for 2 orders in a row, or more than 4 within a year we reserve the right to remove you from the site and the group. We do understand life happens so if you find that you are in danger of losing your access to the site or the group please send us an email explaining why you cannot make payment and an exception may be made for you.
We also may remove access from people that simply are not placing orders on the site, if you go 6 months without placing an order we will assume you no longer need our help and will deactivate your account.
If you find your access has been removed you can always request to join again but it is not guaranteed to be approved.
