INSURANCE is utilized to protect your shipment against damage or loss. Insurance is REQUIRED on all orders where the subtotal is over $100. The subtotal does include the items and the shopper fee as well.
In the event that something arrives DAMAGED, please utilize the following steps to report such damages.
- Immediately take pictures of the damaged shipping container, along with any packaging, packing materials, etc.
- Take additional pictures of any broken pieces up close, so that there can be no doubt about the item being damaged.
- Email those pictures to us at [email protected] with your order number and the word CLAIMS in the subject line of the email.
- Retain all the damaged items, pieces and parts, packing materials, padding, inner and exterior boxes, etc.
We stand by the transportation carriers determination on all claims.
We also utilize the transportation companies tracking numbers, and delivery status, in order to submit claims.
If a package shows as delivered, but you did not receive it, we recommend you file an insurance claim, AND contact your local authorities to report the non-receipt as theft after delivery.
